FAQsFrequently Asked Questions

7. Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes. Almost all plans include some chiropractic coverage. We will file your insurance claims for you electronically and await payment from your insurance company. Before charging you directly, we will be happy to call your insurance company to obtain a detailed verification of your benefits. You will only be charged initially what we would expect your share or percentage to be. Our offices participate in many PPO and POS plans including Aetna, Beech Street, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Core Source, Guardian, Medicare, Multiplan, and PHCS (Private Health Care Systems).

We also accept HMO referrals from Rush and Northwestern. If you have an HMO plan, please contact your primary care provider’s office to obtain a referral.

Unfortunately at this time we are not contracted with, and are therefore unable to accept HMO referrals from Advocate Healthcare (which includes Illinois Masonic), American Chiropractic Network (ACN), or Resurrection Healthcare (which includes St. Joseph’s and Holy Family Medical).

We realize that dealing with insurance companies can be time-consuming, confusing, and at times stressful. We make every attempt to make this process as easy as possible for you, so that you can focus on getting well again. If your policy does not cover chiropractic, or we are an out of network provider of your plan, call us to find out how we can make chiropractic care affordable for you.
